Synopsis:
The ambitious and imperturbably Congressman Stephen Collins (Ben Affleck) is regarded as the future of the party: an honorable man who chairs the committee responsible for controlling expenditure on defense. There are many expectations for this rising star to become a national leader, until his beautiful young assistant dies in a tragic and start aired some secrets.
